Here you go. Thigh gap, no protein, no fat, no carbs, no eating after 6 pm. This is what you will look like.
This is what society has influenced us to do to ourselves. Advertising and media will always portray a standard that is unattainable. Question what you see. Ask yourself if the standards being fed to you are normal and healthy, or obsessive and ridiculous. Support those who need help. Don’t play off eating disorders as “being dramatic” or “just a phase.” Promote healthy choices and help others to do the same. We can’t blame “society” for things like this because we are society. There will be things we can’t change but you have to take responsibility for what you can or nothing will ever get better.
